- During the course of the game, a female character is depicted in a revealing outfit, as her breasts sometimes bounce. A female character also performs a finishing move in which she flashes her breasts at an opponent, though, only her back is depicted.
Violence & Gore

- Characters perform dramatic finishing moves that involve impaling/stabbing, throwing opponents off buildings, melting opponents into pools of lava, etc. At the end of fight scenes, there are occasional depictions of dead carcasses being eaten by victors and/or bloody meat in victors' mouths.
- Players punch, kick, and throw each other in attempts to deplete opponents' health meters. Some characters also use weapons such as swords, claws, knives and fireballs. The action is frenetic, and certain attacks cause the camera to zoom in or shake the entire screen. Large blood-splatter effects sometimes occur during fights, staining the ground.
