Not your average hired killer

It's hard to imagine Stan donating to an orphanage or opening a soup kitchen in his living room, and that's what makes 'Cock of the Sleepwalk' so amusing. And it's all due to a conscience that won't stay repressed. Even though the CIA is a wacky hijinks-filled office, you kinda have to be a sociopath to do the job. Evidently, you also need a boss who dabbles in the (responsible, mind you) use of cocaine; picture Patrick Stewart in such a role and you can see why I love this show.

It's also top-shelf Roger, settling a hot pretzel dispute with some poor schmoe ("This isn't over, Watley!"), and it's a scream. Not to mention dispensing questionable advice as Dr. Penguin.

I've gotta admit, I like the CIA episodes; the comedic value is terrific. The workplace humor blends in very nicely.

All I need to say is "Shoelace Scene"

Warning: Spoilers
A really fun episode with an interesting concept of Stan turning into an actually decent human being whilst he sleepwalks(if he eats cake before bed)

There's one thing that makes this episode special to me though, and it's the Shoelace scene at the start(before the sleepwalking). It's ridiculous, and something only Stan would do, I often use it as an example to sell people into watching American Dad.
