- [Belle is to search Mr. Gold's shop to find clues about his whereabouts]
- Hook: I will stay here with you. I'm surprisingly good at research.
- Belle: *You* will stay with *me*?
- Emma Swan: He'll protect you if the Witch comes.
- Belle: You do know he tried to kill me.
- Hook: Well, there were... extenuating circumstances.
- Belle: Twice.
- Hook: [testing] Sorry?
- Emma Swan: You really know how to charm a girl, don't you?
- Hook: This will be my way of making it up to you, hm?
- Belle: Fine.
- Neal Cassidy: Was it serious?
- Emma Swan: He proposed.
- Neal Cassidy: Wow!
- Emma Swan: And then he turned into a flying monkey.
- Neal Cassidy: [laughing] Sounds intense.
- Emma Swan: Go ahead and laugh. I almost married a monster from Oz. It's hilarious!
- Neal Cassidy: I almost married a minion of my evil grandfather, Peter Pan, so I know what you're saying.
- Robin Hood: Apologies, m'lady. I thought you were the Wicked Witch.
- Regina Mills: And I thought you were a flying monkey.
- Robin Hood: [Holding up a bottle of whiskey] What about this? Is this magical?
- Regina Mills: Not exactly. But it is a liquid that can conjure courage, give strength, or even act as a love potion of sorts. It's called whiskey, and no, it's not magical... especially the next day.
- Mr. Gold: [Emma has just magically separated Neal and Mr. Gold] What have you done?
- Neal Cassidy: It's okay, Papa. I told her to.
- Mr. Gold: But why?
- Neal Cassidy: So you can tell her who the witch is. So you can defeat her.
- Mr. Gold: [looks up at Emma] Zelena.
- Emma Swan: What?
- Mr. Gold: Zelena.
- Emma Swan: She's the witch? What does she want?
- Mr. Gold: What she doesn't have.
- Emma Swan: [looks at Neal, then back at Gold] There has to be some way you can save him, right?
- [Gold stands up, somberly turns away]
- Neal Cassidy: It's too late, Emma.
- Emma Swan: Just hang in there, please! You never even had a chance to see Henry... for him to remember you...
- Neal Cassidy: It's okay. He doesn't need to. He just needs to know that... in the end... I was a good father.
- [takes out Emma's swan necklace]
- Neal Cassidy: I saved this for you, to give to you again. Take it. Go find Tallahassee... even if it's not with me.
- Emma Swan: [crying] Neal...
- Neal Cassidy: Hey... I'll be watching over you guys from somewhere. Promise me... just prom-promise me you'll both be happy.
- Emma Swan: [hugs him] I promise. I promise.
- Mr. Gold: [drops down to Neal's side] No. No, no, no, I can fix this.
- Neal Cassidy: No, you can't... you can't... Thank you, Papa, for showing me what it is to make a true sacrifice. It's about saving the ones that you love.
- Mr. Gold: No.
- Neal Cassidy: It's my turn now.
- Mr. Gold: No.
- [takes Neal's hand]
- Mr. Gold: I don't want to let you go.
- Neal Cassidy: I need you to... please... let go...
- Mr. Gold: [crying] I love you, son.
- Neal Cassidy: I... I love you, Papa...
- [Neal dies]
- Regina Mills: I didn't catch your name.
- Robin Hood: Robin of Locksley, at your service.
- Regina Mills: The thief?
- Robin Hood: Well, as we're tossing labels around, aren't you technically known as "The *Evil* Queen"?
- Regina Mills: I prefer "Regina".
- Robin Hood: You know, I've heard many stories about the great and terrible Evil Queen; but from this angle, the "evil" moniker seems somewhat of an overstatement. Bold and audacious, perhaps, but, um... not evil.
- Regina Mills: The name served me well. Fear is... quite an effective tool.
- Regina Mills: I'm gonna head back to that farmhouse. It's possible this witch left behind some trace of potion or a special ingredient.
- Emma Swan: Have at it. Just be careful.
- Regina Mills: Well, she's the one who needs to be careful. She invaded my space. When I return the favor, I'm not pulling any punches.
