- A man with deformed hands begins to have sex with a woman. He fingers her and she begins to bleed. Later it is revealed that she suffered a miscarriage.
- One of the main plots is a woman, believed to be a hermaphrodite, recieving news that what she believed was a penis is actually an enlarged clitoris.

- In one of the most brutal moments of the entire series, a young man stabs a male prostitute and begins to saw of his limbs, disposing of them in a tub of acid. The prostitute, still alive, begs for death but the man decides to continue dismembering him. Very violent.
- A pair of conjoined twins are poisoned and one of the sisters die while the other cries out in pain. The man who poisoned them then strangles the living sister to death. This scene is more disturbing than it is violent.
- A man breaks a doctor's fingers and threatens to kill his family.
- A woman helps her son dispose of a dead body.

- A man and a male prostitute strip down to their underwear, facing away from each other. When they turn, one man pulls a knife and tears through the other's chest and slashes him repeatedly. The man tries crawling away but he is stabbed repeatedly through the hand, chest, and throat. The killer then chops off his arms with a long serrated blade. Later we see him dispose of an arm by throwing it inside quicklime. Incredibly graphic and violent with a large amount of blood.
