Cut to the Mott house. Dandy welcomes in the blonde Avon woman, then quickly kills her. He attaches hear head to the body of his mother, who he has strung up like puppet of Dot and Bette.
Back with Maggie, he's thrilled when she uses her "psychic" power to tell him his past misdeed won't catch up with him.
Meanwhile, drunk Jimmy feeds Barbara, the new fat lady, as he flirts with her. Then he sees Dandy Mott leaving Maggie's tent. Jimmy drunkenly confronts him, accusing Dandy of being the other clown and stealing the twins away. Dandy promises to destroy Jimmy and everything he loves.
In town, Stanley and Elsa find Dot and Bette in the hotel where Ethel hid them. They spin a yarn to the twins about the town being on a freak-hunting spree and being responsible for Ethel's death. Meanwhile, at the house in the suburbs, the husband comes home. He finds all eight of the housewives dead and floating in his now red pool.
Back at the Mott house, Dandy pours containers of the women's blood into his bath. Regina (Gabourey Sidibe) comes back looking for her mother, saying she's been to the cops. Dandy matter-of-factly explains he killed her mother weeks ago, then killed his own, followed by a house full of women today.
Dandy prevents her from leaving, then strips and invites her to take a bath with him like when they were little. He announces that he's a god who has chosen to walk among men. When she refuses to get in the bath with him, he stalks her down but then lets her go, announcing he's above the law.
In the shed, Bette tries to get Dot to admit that there's no way they can both live through the surgery, but Dot can't stand any more of their "infinite intolerable arranged marriage." Bette reminds her how they've always been able to overcome anything if they work together, and know what it's truly like to love another person. Bette admits she couldn't live without Dot and tearfully says she would rather one of them truly live then both of them wither away together.
"If they have to make a choice during surgery that only one of us can live, I want to give my life to you, sister. I want to give my life so that you can have one," Bette says.

He does, slipping the noose over his neck and thrashing wildly. But Desiree finds him at the last minute and cuts him down.
In a seedy motel, Stanley meets with a hustler who he's hired to pose as Dr. Sugar, promising him they'll be performing euthanasia.
Regina brings Detective Colquit to the Mott house. Dandy welcomes them, then tells the detective he's going to get away with it. As Dandy talks about seeing the face of god looking at him in the mirror, the detective unclips his gun. Dandy offers the detective $1 million if he'll kill Regina. The detective turns and shoots Regina through the head without a second thought.
