- A woman's head is shown in a jar with some blood. We see a flashback of her being hit in the back with a metal object.
- A man is shown smashing a woman's head in with a hammer. The actual hammer hitting in the face is obscured but a lot of blood is shown.
- A brief flashback is shown of a woman's legs being cut off. This is in black and white but extremely disturbing and graphic.
- A man on the toilet is stabbed in the chest. Not violent.
- A man is shot in the chest with a blood spurt and is then tortured. His testicles are electrocuted and his fingers are thrown on the ground. This is very disturbing.
- A woman in a box is sawed in half. We see blood dripping out from the closed box and when it is opened we see all of her intestines fall out graphically.
- A man stabs a girl in the chest several times and a lot of blood sprays everywhere.
- A man is found with his arms and legs cut off. This is extremely shocking and disturbing.
