Not bad for a less than four minutes Youtube-movie

Sort of a Hunger Games/zombie movie parody but actually not that bad for a three minutes movie. The plot is good enough and tempo high. Jokes are actually good (as in just weird). Too bad about that last scene, it would have stood better on its own as the other reviewer noted.

Chloë Grace Moretz was a bit weaker than in for instance Carrie, but still convincing enough for the context she is in.

She is the one

Warning: Spoilers
"Snackpocalype" is a one-year-old 3-minute comedy movie which basically is a parody of films with central characters who have a special talent or special ability that makes them different from everybody else. They tried to make this funny with the help of a ridiculous plot that she eats vegetables and everybody else eats exclusively all kinds of sweets, candy bars etc. So I guess her preference for healthy food makes her the one. So far so good, a decent effort and mildly entertaining. Moretz does a fine job and shows that she also has solid comedic talent. She is joined by Clark Duke with whom she also worked together in Kick-Ass 2 and "Teen Wolf" Tyler Posey. The two also played a couple in the music video "Our Deal". However, this gets a lot worse when, for some strange reason, the vomit-inducingly liberal Funnyordie who made this short film had to include First Lady Michelle Obama in a completely random twist where she watches Moretz' character on the sofa with two friends. This really hurt the film and I may have given it probably two stars more without that stupid final scene. This way, it's a die. Not recommended.
