World on fire involved some action, more Fisk, progressing relationships, and one big arrest. The show started out with two great episodes and so in turn I think the last few have felt a bit underwhelming. Nevertheless I have confidence that it will pick itself up in the coming episodes. Especially with Murdock presumably arrested.
Let's not forget that Oliver Queen was arrested for being the Arrow in season 1 and he got out of it, of course different events have occurred in season 3, but I'm sure Matt can get out of this one. Considering he's a lawyer will definitely help. This show is also taking the approach of getting the people against our hero. He was framed once in this episode, and he was then seen by police beating the crap out of someone. Things aren't boding too well for the man without fear. Fisk is becoming more of a presence after his cruel entrance. I really like how nonchalant these criminals act in situations that are not normal at all. It gives us a sense at just how despicable Hell's Kitchen really is. Apparently the one thing with Fisk you don't mess with, is his love life. Vanessa, played by Ayelet Zurer, is the one person who seems to understand Fisk in a way no other person really does. Or at least she's becoming really fascinated with him. And 3 episodes in I have finally realized that Zurer also played Superman's birth mom in Man of Steel.
This week also saw Foggy and Karen go on a date. I still feel like we need more scenes of all of them together. Plus, I'm not a huge Foggy fan so the time spent with him seems wasted at this point. But I will say hearing Karen ask Foggy to touch her face with his eyes closed so that she realizes what a blind man feels, gives me the feeling of jealousy. I can definitely see Foggy and Matt's relationship going down that path very soon. But with Matt and Claire's relationship growing, I don't know if Matt will be interested at all in Karen.
+Relationships progressing
+Fisk's awkwardness
+Possible arrest
-Pace needs to be picked up
