Well, I guess if you want to get Adam thinking about mortality, what better way than the death of Optimus Prime? Hard to find an '80s kid that wasn't affected by such a nasty plot point. And it's a touching story that ends up bringing Adam and Pops together.
But this is Barry's day in the sun, a day that finally sees his complete lack of game with the ladies pay off.
