At the church, Carmen's hair changes from flat, short and stringy outside the door to longer and smoother inside the door, and then again a few seconds later between shots, whereupon, she suddenly has a neatly brushed, volumized and curled hairdo.

But we see that scene earlier in the movie, and it is Summer who tells the official that Maggie kidnapped her, whilst Maggie tells her not to and tries to explain to the official that Summer was joking.
