Aha , never imagined i'd be ever saying i'm happy that Heroes is over, but i think this failed try made us realize how amazing the Original was.
So Heroes is over Again .. I do believe making this series was a good idea, just to make us see How low heroes the original would have sunk if they had renewed it to a fifth season.. so now we know for sure that Heroes ended on 8 Feb. 2010.
Now as a whole series, the plot wasn't that clear even if you tried to link it to the original story it would look so weak and not really thrilling !! like Clair is a mother to twins !! why !! how !! no bases to make the story appealing, and some one enters a video game , showing some cartoons fighting ! .. it sounded a bit cheap,, nothing beats the story of saving the cheerleader even if it was saving the world ..but didn't see any cheerleader "so to speak" and Noah Bennet wasn't a good cheerleader in here :P ..yet sacrificing himself was cool and emotional but i think a remake for the show would have looked even better than this.
The script was okay, maybe!! not so tight or to be more clearly not easily followable and i kinda "more than few times" fast-forwarded on the show because the script didn't really make me so intrigued. i mean you can manage making a series with that script but the ratings would be as you've seen and finally the show would be canceled.
As for the cast, at first i thought bringing Jack Coleman "Noah Bennet", the Haitian, Hiro and the other characters from the original would be a good idea reviving our old memories from the original, but it totally was not !! like now for me the special character of Noah, the mystery of the Haitian and the witty funny Hiro Nakamura all have been wiped out of my brain because of this. The other characters were Meh, fine .. but they were just doing what they've been asked to do .. i still think Robbie Kay has a huge future ahead of him, i also wished to see more Evil from "Erica" .. like i don't know they were trying to make a new Sylar or something but cry for the moon 😀
Though i gotta give them that the action and explosions and that all cinematography thingy was good well i mean you can't compare the 2006 show to this but still , lacking a good plot made me fell in wounder like "An explosion .. Kaboom, yeah good then what !!".
finally, again i'm both happy and sad/disappointed by this show .. fist i'm happy cause again.. i know there would be no Heroes better than the original .. like not even a remake, and sad/disappointed because seeing some of the original characters here made me really miss the Original show more, and that is why i'm going to Binge-watch it again ;)
