Azmorigan chides Hera on her "preposterous" costume. This was a subtle in-joke referencing the conscious choice to not dress Hera, a Twi'lek, in the very revealing costumes of other Twi'lek females seen heretofore in the Star Wars universe.
Zeb and Lando are playing Sabacc. This the game referenced in Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back (1980) when it is indirectly mentioned that Lando lost the Millenium Falcon to Han Solo during a game of Sabacc.
The title refers to the card hand Lando is holding to win the sabacc game. The old West End Games roleplaying game depicted sabacc as being a merger of poker and blackjack using cards similar to tarot cards, in which players try to put together a hand of positive and negative cards that comes as close to 23 as possible without going over, going under -23, or zeroing out exactly. Winning the game requires putting together a hand called a "pure sabacc" that totals exactly 23, but that can be beaten by the "idiot's array" which literally spells out "023" by using a card valued at 2, a card valued at 3, and a special card known as The Idiot with a value of 0.
Azmorigan's design is based on an early character design for Jabba the Hutt by Ralph McQuarrie for Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi (1983).
Sabine is seen sitting on Kanan's speeder bike in the Ghost's main hold. The bike will be seen in action in later episodes. It was originally designed to be used by Ahsoka Tano after she left the Jedi order in unproduced episodes of Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008). The story in question was eventually finished and released as Gone with a Trace (2020).
