Quinlan´s Army and the White
claudio_carvalho22 January 2019
When Zach's grandparents contact Nora, Eph plans to take his son to them in Georgia. He also recalls his first meeting with Nora in a lecture. Gus and Angel release Gus´s former prison inmates and they are recruited for Quinlan´s army. Setrakian meets Alonso that schedules an auction with Palmer. Setrakian seeks Quinlan out to get gold to complete the price and they agree to be financially supported by the Ancients provided Setrakian delivers the Occido Lumen to them after destroying the Master. Palmer does not accept the way Eichhorst treats Coco and he and learns that they need another dose of the white to survive. Mayor Lyle threatens Justine for extorting his wealthy friends from the Upper East Side. Justine gives passes to Nora, Eph and Zach to travel to Georgia. Quinlan asks Gus to intimidate or even kill Setrakian to get the Occido Lumen for the Ancients.

"Fallen Light" is the second to the last episode of the Second Season of "The Strain" where we see that the annoying Zach will certainly leave the show moving to his grandparents´ house. Gus´ prison break to release his fellow-inmate is the action part of the show. The lesbians Dutch and Nikki are the irritating and unnecessary part of the show. The other segments are fillers but not bad. My vote is seven.

Reaction / Review for The Strain Season 2 Episode 12 ''Fallen Light'' (S2. E12): Episode 11 was amazing and I gave it a rating of 9/10. We get to see how Eph and Nora met, that's nice. Dutch leaves Fet, that sucks so bad. I wonder what Gus' plan is with all these prisoners? Is that really the army Quinlan wants? These prisoners will be so hard to control or follow orders. Quinlan is back, oh yeah. Someone killed the Mayor? Why? Maybe Palmer have killed the Mayor? Gotta love Eichorst, his threats are always on point. Palmer should know that he cant just do whatever he wants. It's all about what the Master wants. Its sad to watch flashbacks with Jim, he was such an awesome character. Overall an amazing episode, my rating is 9/10.
