I honestly forgot how insanely great this music video is. It elevates the track to a whole new level! So comedic and brilliant.

I just listened to a Q&A with the Daniels (directors) and it was so great listening to the, sort of, back story to how this video was shot and WHY. Lol.

I absolutely love this video and the actors in it..

Warning: Spoilers
Okay here we have the music video for the song "Turn Down for What" from 2014 and I somehow thought this was older, but then again, it is already 4 years still, so yeah kinda fitting I guess. I am not really familiar with either of the two performers here I must say and I don't think you don't see them in front of the camera here from start to finish during these slightly under 4 minutes. Oh wait, I think I have come across Lil Jon already somewhere probably. But I sure do remember the tune from this song and I remember it being quite a hit back then. Or was it really. Looking at the charts success, it seems as if it was nowhere really big except in North America, but yeah, it's fine I guess. I think it is extremely catchy to listen to given how empty and somewhat pointless they lyrics are and I guess, this is a success somehow. But don't expect great depth here when it comes to song writing or really talented voices. This is much more about the fun and groove component and there it definitely succeeds. Also good to see how it does not take itself seriously at all with the way people are dancing in here and turning into human cannoballs and female breasts getting in the groove too in the most hilarious fashion, never really sexual or so though and I guess that's why they kept the male genitalia movement short, namely only during one scene. Okay I think that would be all then, it was a fun watch and fun listen that is probably closer to **** out of ***** than to ** out of ***** and yes I surely recommend checking it out. The only ones who will probably hate it are over-the-top feminists.
