The map used to illustrate Santa and Eve's trip from England to the North Pole/Canada dates from before 1905 as it shows Sweden-Norway as one country, as it was from 1814 to 1905. The map also shows part of North Western Greenland as Canadian, Ireland as part of the UK, and Germany with its pre-WWI borders.
When Santa and the Librarians are on the cargo plane, the tail number (which is supposed to be on the tail) is just beneath the cockpit so as to be in view of the camera so that the joke can be seen by all.
The tail number is C-XM45. If one looks carefully, one can see that it after the hyphen, it can be interpreted at XMAS.

The scene with comedian Jim Jefferies as the British Santa impersonator using Cockney rhyming slang while talking with Jacob and Cassandra took a long time to shoot because neither Christian Kane nor Lindy Booth could make it through the scene without laughing.
The bear with the broken leg Stone is wrapping in the beginning is the same bear from Leverage that Parker gets in The Broken Wing Job.
This episode was shot in June and July, with the weather reaching over 100°F (over 35°C) during filming. The cast were very uncomfortable having to wear warm, heavy clothing, and it was difficult to create a feeling of winter.
