When Whitney says the money isn't in the house, Archer imitates actor James Stewart saying, "It's in Tom's house and in Bill's house." This is a reference to It's a Wonderful Life (1946) where Stewart is talking about the investments of his company.
The character "Ivy" introduces himself to Mallory as "Richard Stratton the fourth, though my good friends call my Ivy." When written after a name, the fourth would appear in Roman Numerals as IV, hence the nickname.
When Archer opens Whitney's fridge to look for the safe, there is milk from Poovey Farms (Pam's family dairy farm) in the fridge door.
Jon Glaser voiced Whitney. He was also on Bob's Burgers (2011) with H. Jon Benjamin as Jairo and in Lucy: The Daughter of the Devil (2005) as Jesus.
Ivy's secretary's name is Cerise, which is French for "cherry". This ties in with other secretaries on Archer being named after fruit as Barry's HR secretary at ODIN was named Frambois (raspberry).
