British ex-Pat Sonny Sehmi and his American wife Sage are struggling after opening a British/Indian fish and chips shop in Alhambra, CA. With online reviews blasting their signature dish as too greasy, calling the other British dishes "too weird", and the few Indian dishes also poorly made, this couple makes one final push with Sage's 401K to revamp their restaurant. But when chef/hosts Andrew Gruel and Anthony Dispensa suggest a huge menu change, Sonny pushes back, insisting that if it's not British, he's not interested.
