In the last two minutes of the episode same girl walks over twice. Also in the last scene a girl is seeing crossing the pillar, but when they zoom out the girl starts over again from way behind.
The crosswalk lights are out of sync in different camera angles.
When Elliot talks to Sheila in front of his door, her right shoulder is not covered by her red blouse when we see her face and the shoulder is covered by her blouse when we see from her backside.
When Elliot views the Twitter account of Fernando Vera, there is an "Edit Profile" button in place of a "Follow" button. This means that Elliot was logged in to the account of Fernando, rather than viewing it from a separate account.
In _"Mr. Robot" (2015) {eps1.0_hellofriend.mov}_ , the "FUN SOCIETY" sign is missing the letter 'O', among others, but when Elliot returns in _"Mr. Robot" (2015) {eps1.1_ones-and-zer0es.mpeg}_ the 'O' is present.
When Elliot is searching the web for industrial climate control white papers, the search engine URL and the URL of the white paper are not fully qualified domain names (FQDNs). Both are lacking a top level domain (TLD) and would only be reachable with unusual network configurations especially in this context.
After Elliot searches the Internet to find a white paper on interior climate controls and opens one, the page he pulls up is labeled Interior Climate Controls but the content of the paper is gibberish text about networking (e.g. DNS, CIDR, IANA). This gibberish text would be appropriate for most other content shown on-screen in the show, but is completely out of context in this scene. Also it does not match the summary text shown on the search results page.
Elliot exploits a vulnerability to get a copy of a server's password file and then runs a password cracker on it, but the password file he receives is shadowed (it does not include the encrypted password strings), so it is useless to a password cracker.
Elliot downloads the password file to his home directory, but he runs the password cracker against a file in /etc, a different directory.
