Global Force Wrestling
The angle that will start the Global Force Wrestling invasion of Tna Impact will begin on the July 22nd edition of Impact, according to the Wrestling Observer.
That show will air on a slight tape delay on Destination America while the other shows in July have already been taped. The storyline will continue with Gfw’s first ever TV tapings in Las Vegas on July 24.
Current Tna stars that will take part in the Gfw tapings are long-time performers Bobby Roode and Eric Young, both of whom are close with Gfw’s owner Jeff Jarrett. Young will also be taking part in Gfw live events this weekend to work an angle with Jarrett. Other Tna stars are likely to be there as well.
What’s weird about the Gfw taping aspect is that they have no television deal announced in any country. Perhaps they will have something to announce soon,...

Tna Wrestling and Global Force Wrestling will be working together as part of sort of invasion angle with Jeff Jarrett’s Gfw wrestlers trying to take over Tna’s Impact Wrestling show.
It was reported by the Wrestling Observer Radio that the story will see Jarrett gain the trust of Tna President Dixie Carter and then turn heel on her. Tna has already taped their TV shows through the month of July and into early August with no involvement from Gfw, but it’s possible they might edit in some backstage segments to start the angle. Meanwhile, Carter returned in a TV role as a babyface role during those tapings as well.
Gfw was seen as the last option for Tna to do an invasion angle with, according to Dave Meltzer. Apparently, Tna asked Ring of Honor about it, but they turned them down. There’s no longer...

Tna Wrestling held their first pay-per-view event of 2015 on Sunday night in Orlando. While there wasn’t a Tna World Title match on the show, a new “King of the Mountain” Champion was crowned with Jeff Jarrett winning the title in the main event.
Here are the results from Slammiversary;
X-Division Title: Tigre Uno d. Manik & DJ Zema. Tigre Uno used a corkscew senton for the win.
Robbie E d. Jessie Godderz. They were a former heel tag team, Robbie turned face and got the win a reverse Ddt.
Street Fight: Bram d. Matt Morgan. Prior to the match, Morgan challenged Bram to a Street Fight. There was a point in the match where Bram tried to find an object, but didn’t seem to find anything. After getting some chairs in the ring, Bram was able to hit a Ddt on a chair for the win.

Jeff Jarrett and his wife Karen returned to Tna Impact Wrestling at tonight’s tapings in Orlando, Florida.
Wearing a Global Force Wrestling t-shirt, the Tna co-founder revealed he will be a part of the King of the Mountain match at Tna’s Slammiversary pay-per-view event this weekend.
It’s the first time Jarrett has been at a Tna event since he left the company in December 2013, though it’s not completely an unexpected appearance as he does still hold a % stake in the business.

Still, Jarrett’s appearance was an odd sight considering Gfw is competing with Tna for talent on their shows. There was recently an acquisition issue between the companies because Tyrus (formerly Brodus Clay in WWE) was originally announced for some Gfw shows until Tna prevented him from appearing. Elimination Chamber has returned, along with WWE’s crummy math skills! This week it was hammered home that Seth Rollins has a “one in six chance” of walking out with his belt. Not to be too much of a stickler, but that only makes sense if every single wrestler is at the exact same skill level. So unless you’re Villano IV and Villano V that logic doesn’t apply here!
Let’s look at a better stat. In the 12 Elimination Chamber matches where the champion had to put his title on the line, they walked out with it…six times! So really, his odds are closer to one in two if you go by booking logic. It doesn’t take a Lanny Poffo to figure this out WWE! Well, elsewhere in the wrestling world, Ring of Honor is coming to Destination America. But are they friends or foes?...
