Of all the 100+ excellent hilarious episodes this is outstandingly terrible because of Tom Arnold. Arnold is a complete d***; not a Sunnyvale d*** like Ricky who you can't help but love but a world class talentless small person d***. I guess the joke is that Arnold is Hollywood's version of Ricky but he is way less charming or likable and instead of being funny he is just annoying.
