April 5th 2017: Let me start by saying that I wrote two reviews within slightly over a year on this one (both with a rating of 8 out of 10) as the title existed twice on IMDb at some point. Here they are:
Number 1:
Another Katy Perry success 10 August 2015
It was not a problem at all that Katy Perry was already closer to 30 (what she is today) than to 20 when she made "Teenage Dream" back in 2011, because first of all it is just a dream about being a teenager and secondly, she is incredibly popular to the demographic of teenagers. I quite liked this song. Katy looks as stunning as always in the video and the tune, especially the chorus is as catchy as it gets, perfect for her voice. The story in this video is not too memorable, but it's not a problem at all as it's really just all about having a partner who makes you feel young again and simply about having a great time. And if anybody always manages to create that atmosphere, it's certainly Katy Perry. Thumbs up for this one here.

This is "Teenage Dream", the music video for the very successful 2010 Katy Perry song, which means this one is already over 5 years old. This one was nominated for an MTV Video Music Award and Perry was in her mid 20s when she made this one and possibly at her hottest. Admittedly, she is still downright stunning today in her early 30s. Lets take a look at this one. I think it is really catchy during its entirety of slightly under 4 minutes but if a song is as memorable as this one I am perfectly fine with it not being too long. There is also some solid depth in here as the title is a compliment everybody would love to hear from their significant other. And then there is Katy of course. Some really hot scenes about her kissing and making out with a guy and lets be honest. Is there a straight male on the planet that has not dreamed of opening Katy's jeans? What a hot woman she is. I have had a crush on her for a long time now. Maybe this somehow clouds my judgments on her songs, but I really believe that 2010 was an amazing year for her as she also released "Firework" then, an equally convincing effort, even if the subject is completely different. But back to "Teenage Dream". It is such a hot video and cool song. You totally need to see it, maybe especially if you are horny. That scene when she watches her guy boxing with her fairly prude outfit (of course intentionally) has something so sexy to it, for girls and boys I am sure. So what are you waiting for. Watch this music video. Dot it! Now!
