Pretty Typical

Harlan Coben books are fun, but they do have a pretty consistent formula. There is almost always a mysterious disappearance where the victim is never found. At least until there is evidence of some kind that this person is still alive. In this one, a five year old boy who followed his brother and his friends into the woods is sent back home. He never gets there, and a child molester admits to having killed him. But no body. The other factor here is that there is some kind of secret among the five friends who left the boy behind. They gather back home (one has been living in the States and the show is in England). The kicker is that the DNA of the "dead" boy is found in the blood at a murder scene. Good setup. Can they pull it off?
