Let's be honest, it keeps getting better.

Yeah, I agree with all the bad reviews for the first 3 or 4 episodes, at first it looked like it was amateur, that all the actors and actresses were not experienced and the fight scenes were not natural at all. The story didn't seem to have a connection and make us anxious for the next episode, but i think it changed. In the last 4 chapters, I think the story got to a good an interesting plot and pace. I'm now connected to the characters, specially Clary and Jace, Alec and Magnus and yeah, now I'm rooting for them (what makes it even more interesting) This episode was perfect for all of us who started having feelings for the characters and yeah, I'm gonna stick with it :)

Even with all the supposed complaints and how bad this show is (reviews of people who watched only the first few episodes) I feel like this is so much more now. Wished more people would give it a chance. As for, me,i'm already a hooked fan. You can really start to feel the chemistry between Jace and Clary. There were rather interesting Malec and Izzy- Magnus moments. It was also a nice touch to include the falcon story and Lightwood family history. Dialog getting way better along the way too which is a great plus for a book-fan like me. Book-fan or not, it think everybody will be able to enjoy this.

Kat is just an awful Clary. Her acting is really bad. If they do have a season 2, I hope they can replace her. Also, having Alec propose was such BS. The writing is whack. I definitely disapprove the writing so far. But, Alberto deserves all the awards. He is hands down the best actor in this casting. He really brings it. The others need to get on his level. Raphael is great too. Camille is awful, in the books she is much more classy and wise. This version is immature and not nearly as classy. Dom is an okay Jace, Jamie was much better. If Dom played Sebastion and Jamie as Jace, It'd be rather perfect. Also, applause for Emeraude she is a great Izzy.
