When Karen is given Ben's office to work in, it still has his newspaper articles on the walls and his personal effects on the desk. When he was fired in the first season, he was shown taking these items home in a box.
After Fisk's brief fight with Castle, Fisk is left with blood running from his nose and mouth. Fisk starts to walk out of the room (back to the camera) but Castle stops him. Fisk turns around and his face is completely clear of any blood.
The blood patterns on Frank's white shirt when he's in solitary confinement changes from time to time when the camera angles change.
After Frank stabs Dutton in his jail cell and Dutton falls to the floor, Frank's white prison uniform is clean, but when Frank exits the jail cell there is blood on the collar of his uniform.
The scene with Wilson Fisk studying the wall in his jail cell is revisited here, but it has been re-shot and doesn't quite match the footage from Daredevil (2015). The cell is brighter, the shadows of the bars behind him from are gone, and things such as the distance between the sink and toilet are different. The sink itself looks different. Even the style of Fisk's prison uniform is not the same. One could argue that he is being shown at different times in different cells, but it is unclear why the filmmakers did not simply re-use the original footage.
