The episode begins with three cities' airports losing air traffic control, putting thousands in danger. It turns out that forces outside the cities were launching a cyber attack, but one that is designed to make a point. China is the logical culprit, but there is no specific evidence other than a Chinese man was killed at sea by an Australian ship. Could this be reprisal. But this episode takes us into the internal workings. Once again Harriet enlists confederates who once again are the victims of aggression and threat. I'm not clear on whether Mal is a totally bad guy or the voice of reason. He is a player. Well orchestrated again. Can't wait for the next one after Harriet is shot at.
