  Stephen Lomatin : I checked Johnson out. He was arrested in Maryland for assault last year. The charges were dropped, but he lost his job.

  Rafael Barba : You committed bribery, impersonated a real police officer and you tampered with a juror?

  Stephen Lomatin : He could be in that room right now, poisoning the entire jury. Okay, you have to tell the judge.

  Rafael Barba : And ask for what? A mistrial? It's too late to bring in an alternate.

  Stephen Lomatin : I didn't know that. I should have acted faster, but I did find it out. You'll tell the NYPD what I did, won't you?
