Someone may have touched on the topic on one of these episodes but I just find the humor so engaging each episode! The writers really took humor to heart. It is an ongoing gag with Eli Gold's tiny office which he has been relegated to, and I chuckle every time. It is always a variation of things such as this time, he has to step over Vanessa Williams character to get to his chair. Even the cases are funny. The judge has to ask the entire courtroom be vacated not once, but twice. Diane taking a case she does not champion. It is just so well-written!

Talk about comic relief, Peter's mom and Howard Lyman announcing their engagement when Peter is hosting a fund raiser for a big potential supporter.
The story of the self-driven car going awry causing a lady to be paralyzed was over-the-top. Why was it that during the depositions it appeared that only Cary was doing the objections. The usual feisty Lewis Canning, Michael J. Fox, was rather low keyed during the deposition.
For political purposes, Peter moves back into Alicia's apartment and the two frolic around in a brief sexual encounter.
Naturally, it shall always be brought out that companies have links which allow for ethic violations, that is, conflicts in interest, when it comes to voting and rewarding contracts.
