The stuff with the huntress was very good and interesting which was the main point of the episode and it worked out well but everything else was okay enough but there was a little to much in this episode and stuff they had already done before.

The woman Damon had sex with dances around in the house with a bottle in her underwear. Bonnie rings the doorbell and Damon forces his fling out. Bonnie finds the jean skirt the girl wore and shows Damon. Bonnie says Elena told him to live his life because a sexless Damon for the next few decades might have consequences.
Caroline is brought to the hospital where doctors attempt to make the first cut. The babies don't want to be born because they can siphon in Caroline's body. Valerie and Stephan watch over the procedure. The heretics come to give the babies magic while the doctors perform surgery.
Enzo is forced to threaten Damon to hand over the sword. Rayna shows up and demands for the sword.
Baby Josie is born as well as her sister Elizabeth.
