Goldie Hawn talked about becoming a mother, and that she concentrated on staying with the baby instead of her career. She carried the child for 9 and a half months and the baby was eleven pounds when born. She lost 55 pounds afterwards to go back to work. Johnny mentioned the new test that could tell the child's gender before birth; she said she was sure at three months it was a boy. She limits his TV, but enjoys watching "Mr. Rogers". She also mentioned she would like to have a girl. She talked about having been a cheerleader in high school. She talked a bit about her upcoming special. Buck Henry said he didn't know the exact date for the release of "Heaven Can Wait" and he and Johnny discussed several topics, winding up talking about proctologists. Henry told how he went for an exam once, and at the key point the Dr. mentioned his daughter would like to get into show business. They also talked about the King Tut exhibition which led to the current interest in Egyptology and the claim pyramids have some type of psychic effect. They also discussed what they would want to take with them in a tomb. Dennis Dugan mentioned his new show "Richie Brockleman, Private Eye" and talked about first working bit parts on soap operas. He also tried writing comedy jokes but was not successful. Next, they showed a clip from the "Rockford Files" episode that introduces his character for the TV show. He said that acting was the only profession he wanted to do.
