Warning: Spoilers
This is one of the NSA episodes It involves two workers at NSA who are nick named Frick and Frack By this time they have both been fired

The Americans are trying to repatriate one across the Canadian border which gives rise to a hearing at the airport (Toronto)

The script gives full vein to irony The Canadian magistrate uses every opportunity to score points. "Canada has no need to listen secretly to its citizens" she grandly declares whilst the Canadian counterpart of the NSA are in fact listening. Later she states that the Canadian judiciary are free from outside pressure and then accepts unpleaded advice to give asylum.

The NSA is credited with 'hot miking' Alicia's mobile and yet in 2017 when Wikileaks carries details of the Weeping Angel listening schemes where the NSA can convert Samsung televisions to transmitting microphones ( hot wiring) in real life there are loud squawks about breaching national security. These programs were broadcast three years ago without any protest at all

Good slap stick humour as the loud airport announcements interrupt important part of the case. None bilingual and only one sign bilingual at the airport. When the NSA listening floor is done over as the CSE listening floor ( communications security executive ) - nice touch of Canadian and Quebec flag in the back ground

very enjoyable episode

Warning: Spoilers
Alicia gets herself involved in a boundary case involving an NSA worker who is accused of passing secret information. Our government naturally wants him back but so do the Canadians.

Peter is arrested in Alicia's apartment with all the fanfare as the press gathers outside the building to view what is occurring. Peter states the line of the night: "Guess we're back to where we started from." This of course reveals jail time.

Diane realizes that her husband, who wants to sell his business, at a substantially lower rate than its value, must have had more than a fling with the prospective buyer.

Does Cary ultimately hold the key to convict Peter? Alan Cumming is terrific here as he is running around trying to save his boss.

Will the prospect of Peter having to go to prison delay his divorce from Alicia or potentially end her relationship with the Harry Dean Morgan character? Only time can tell on that one.
