- One sex scene and a scene of male nudity.
- A man who is holding several people hostage takes his clothes off. His pubic hair and genitals can be fully seen, though from a distance. Scene lasts about 30 seconds.
- A man and a woman are shown having sex. The man's bare butt and the women's breasts are shown.
- A man and a woman can be heard having sex, the screen is dark and nothing is shown but heavy breathing, moaning and squeaking bed springs can be heard. When the screen fades in the man is shown rolling off the woman, he is shirtless and the woman is wearing a dress shirt that is half unbuttoned and shows a little cleavage and her bare belly. They lie there for a second breathing heavily then the man asks the woman if she was able to come to orgasm.
- One interview contains sexual references.

- A man commits suicide by shooting himself in the head with a shotgun at point blank range. His head is shown being blown to pieces, there is a lot of blood and gore.
- A crime scene photo shows a woman and a young boy, both murder victims, with blood stained underwear. Another photo shows a broken broom stick protruding from the woman's rectum, there is a large amount of blood. (See Sex & Nudity section).

- Series is about the first FBI agents to use psychological profiling to catch rapists and serial killers, so there are many scenes depicting these types of crimes in progress and the aftermath. There are scenes of graphic violence, sex and rape that may frighten and disturb some views, especially children.
