Rosemberg Mercado's directorial debut.
Brittani Escobedo's first film for Lime Street Entertainment. She becomes the first actress to work for Modobo's Films, Owl Creek Bridge Productions, Red Room, and Lime Street Entertainment.
Carmen Hodgsen was cast as Claire, but dropped out the day of the shoot. Ashley Schmitt called up her friend Toni Katano, who also appeared with her on Criminal Intentions, and she took the role in an instant.
Even though Brittani Escobedo and Ashley Schmitt do not appear on screen together, this was known as a Maria reunion as they appeared in that film together.
While on the set of the OCD, director Rosemberg Mercado was still looking for person to play the vampire leader, than after seeing Ashley Schmitt playing the role of Bri, he found his actress. In addition, after the Heme project was almost shut down, Scott Matthew, the star and director of the OCD, made a negotiation to help with the budget as long as he gets producer credit and gets released under the Lime Street Entertainment banner. In a sense, if it were not for the OCD, this film would not have been made.
Rosemberg Mercado: appears as both a Surgeon and a Security Guard (though both of them may very well be the same character).
