This episode it's like a pun between the words rainbow and pain and this episode sucks because that rainbow made everyone in Townsvillle feel happy and do nothing but being hypnotized by one of the worst Cartoon Network villains named Allegro he is voice sounds too annoying and high pitched and he is design is similar to Panda (We Bare Bears) which We Bare Bears is so many times better and it also has one of the most disgusting, disturbing and inappropriate scenes from the show is when Blossom, Bubbles and Allegro were doing twerking in front of the screen which i only laughed a bit and it was not funny it is not ok to show an episode like this.

In my opinion, one of the worst cartoon episodes, period.

Despite this episode being filled with rainbows, I still found it incredibly depressing.
A whole lot of nothing goes on in this episode, to the point that I didn't even know which plot was supposed to be the main one. If this episode wasn't called "Painbow," I probably still wouldn't know.
The main reason as to why I hate this episode so much isn't exactly because of the nothing, but it undoubtedly ties in. The episode would probably be forgivable if it wasn't for one particularly soul- sucking scene (I'm sure you know which one).
It was at that moment when I realized the Powerpuff Girls, my favorite cartoon of all time, was dead. Dead, and past the point of no return. Iredeemable to fans of the original. A pandering slave to focus groups and alleged youth culture, taking orders instead of being innovative and defying expectations. In eleven long minutes, "Painbow" has succeeded in toppling the reboot's own legacy and burning the bridge between itself and the original (which may sound like a good thing, but such a thing should NEVER happen between a reboot and original). This is my main reason for calling this one of the worst cartoon episodes of all-time. I'm sure the other episodes have crushed the original spirit and optimism for future episodes, but this one was the first to really do so.

Everyone gets (basically) drunk for 11 minutes while an annoyingly flanderized Buttercup whines about not being to do whatever she wants. Allegro has one of the most annoying voices in history and the twerking just killed everything. I don't have much to say, only watch this if you really need something to take you anger out on. Poor girls... why did they do this to your show :(

I understand that the twerking is controversial in this episode, but WHO CARES?
I like rainbows and it honestly feels a bit like heaven. It kinda reminds me of Cloud Cuckoo Land from The Lego Movie.
I'm being honest, this episode is actually decent. If you don't disagree, please back off.

It's not fair that shows I hate that everyoneslikes such as Baby Looney Tunes, Be Cool Scooby-Doo and Scaredy Squirrel get a second chance in reruns and shows I like that everyone hates like Problem Sovlerz, Out of Jimmy's Head and Powerpuff Girls 2016 don't.
Painbow is an example of what the former 3 should be and people shouldn't badger the network to keep those 3 on the air.
Twerking is clearly something Baby Taz, Be Cool Daphne and Sally Fishlips should do and the their shows. Plus the twerking animations on Blossum and Bubbles is very smooth and well done.
Please Boomerang Take off Baby Looney Tunes and Be Cool Scooby-Doo and rerun this and Problem Solverz instead.
