- Somewhat graphic large-scale fight where people are slashed with swords and axes, body parts are cut off and one person is even stabbed in the crotch. Not the goriest conflict the show has seen, but it is nonetheless hard to watch.
- A man suffering from an advanced skin condition is given a chance of recovery by means of intrusive surgery. We don't see the whole thing, only how it begins. Parts of the affected dermis are cut away and the sufferer is clearly in pain. This scene is extremely graphic and disturbing.
