- Violence is implied in a lot of scenes. When animatronics attack you, the screen shows "Game Over" but it is presumed that they stuff you into an animatronic suit.

- If you're coulrophobic (fear of clowns), this may somewhat not be a suitable game for you.
- When a robot jumpscares you, their so-called faceplates open up revealing their endoskeleton. This may be frightening.
- Funtime Freddy's voice may be hilarious, while others find his voice harsh and terrifying.
- The theme from the entire FNAF series, while not really understood/"self-explanatory" in this game, is very disturbing. This game has many frightening scenes.
- When you play through the whole FNAF series, you found out disturbing material about the restaurant you work at/animatronics you encounter.
- These robots in the game called Animatronics try to find and kill you.
- Throughout the game, you check the auditoriums from animatronics by clicking a button to either turn the light on/shock them. The last time in the game you check them, you find two people who have been hung by their neck with a rope. Many jumpscares with animatronics 'screaming' at the screen (which indicates that you lost).
- In one scene, you are in a suit from an animatronic with a mask and you see an animatronic slowly walk across the screen and it stops. After a few seconds it malfunctions and a part of its face is hanging by wires. Then, your mask is taken off and little creepy figures climb onto you and you can see them with little light. They can attack you if you aren't careful.
- In one scene, you are watching television in your home and towards the end of the "episode" you are watching Ennard slowly comes in from the side of the screen.

Violence & Gore
- On Night 5, two technicians (who had been mentioned in the previous night) are seen hung when viewing the animatronic areas, presumably done by the animatronics themselves. Not graphic, but disturbing.
- At the end of the game, Baby, an animatronic, takes you into a "scooping room" and a scooper (like an Ice Cream scooper) 'scoops' you and blood is shown on the screen. Violence is implied in a lot of scenes. When animatronics attack you, the screen shows "Game Over" but it is presumed that they stuff you into an animatronic suit.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The normal ending is very scary. Circus Baby, now known as Ennard lures you to the scooping room to scoop you and steal your skin. There's a very disturbing scene with creepy music that is believed to show Ennard with your skin looking into a mirror with glowing eyes. This instead the purple guy who has made an appearance in some of the earlier games. It is very frightening for younger players.
- A death minigame has a scene which Baby gives the ice cream to a little girl. After that, a metal claw comes out of Baby and scoops the girl into her stomach which results in a scream at the end. This may be disturbing to some viewers.
