I'm glad we saw an episode that featured a classic monster that the Winchesters have battled before in the earlier seasons. Mick from the British Men of Letters made a good addition to the team. It was also nice seeing the wild Claire again. An episode is always great when one of your own gets infected and you're faced with a dilemma. This was true here. Hilarious moments also included the different styles that Mick and the Winchesters bring to hunting, Supernatural adds humor effortlessly.
Supernatural has done a great job with Claire's character by not shying away from the fact that she has a bad attitude and is a bit wild. It could help endear audiences towards her early on. I have noted some acclaimed shows sometimes pretend their character is not what we see on screen. They show Claire for what she is. While I wish the Winchesters and Supernatural will go on forever I think the writers may also be setting up some future story lines now that they have planted some seeds.
