Well guys, Wander over Yonder is officially over. No more Wander, no more Lord Hater, that's it. In this episode, Lord Dominator has successfully taken over the Galaxy. On the secret planet, Sylvia and Wander hide, with almost everyone they've met. The refugees decide to fight, but Wander decides to befriend Dominator. Meanwhile, on the ship, Wander is suddenly attacked by Dominator, after changing her mind about destroying him. Dominator finds out about the secret planet, and decides to invade. With Wander's lower body stuck in ice, Dominator almost kills Sylvia, until Lord Hater shows up. Lord Hater nearly destroys her warship, until Dominator disencourages him. Sylvia smashes a Dombot projecting her, reinforcing Hater to fight back. He successfully destroys the ship, with Dominator and Wander still inside. The ship blows up, and it is revealed that Wander and Dominator were safe. Wander finally gets around to befriending Dominator, but she rejects him at the last second. Then, Wander's adventures continue. I was really excited for this episode, but I was disappointed with the ending. What they decided to do with Dominator really made me mad, but the ending made me even more aggrevated. If we could've gotten season 3, I would give this episode a 9.

A good finale

Warning: Spoilers
This was a decent conclusion for the series.

A little bit rushed, and with some unsolved loose ends (Such as Wander's backstory) but then again, this is the result of the sudden cancellation of the series before it could have the proper conclusion the writers originally intended.

It would have been nice to see a third season, since the second season started to show the great potential this series had, but I am glad that at least there was a resolution for the main conflict, with some interesting character development.

If this series ever comes back, I hope Craig McCracken and his crew are still involved.

I mean, if Samurai Jack eventually came back, maybe Wander will come back one day.

An ending that leaves hope open

I thought what they did was Lord Dominator was realistic. Wander offers her redemption and she rejects it. Lord Hater still hates him. Well, love/hates him. He still tries to destroy him, but after being forced to work together a couple of times, there is hope for redemption for him, or something beyond the sado-masochistic bromance they have (in that Hater is the sadist and Wander is the masochist). It's totally within Wander's principles: he offers happiness and leaves you to choose how you feel. That's what makes this a perfect ending.
