At the conclusion of season one, zany co-star John Kevin Phillips (Uncle Kevin), the self-proclaimed genius, was indicted on a felony charge for threatening a federal agent in 2017. He pleaded guilty after serving 4 months and received 3 years of supervised release. Uncle Kevin is no longer allowed contact with Jeffrey Young Jr. and is due to come off release on July 4th, 2020.
Jeffrey Young Jr., the star of the show, was indicted in April of 2019 and detained, in May of 2019, pending trial, for overprescribing opioids and trading them for sexual favors. The federal prosecutors have also pointed out an alleged sexual assault of a female. Turns out the government has a video of the assault, recorded by none other than John Kevin Phillips (aka "Uncle Kevin").
