- A girl is seen covering herself with soft toy. She drops it shortly and her breast are seen. She runs around the basement and we see her buttocks shortly.
- A man lifts the dress of a doll and sniffs it's crotch. Later he lifts up two teenage girls (separately) and sniffs their crotches through their jeans. He does not like the smell of the girl we just learned got her first period.
- A mentally handicapped man has a fascination with dolls. Teenage girls are dressed and made up to look like dolls so that he can play with them. We see him take real dolls and lay them in his lap so he can pull up their dresses and touch them. We see him do it with one of the girls and it is assumed he's done it with the other.
- While being held upside down by a man, a teenage girl pees her pants. The pee drops down to her face. The man then sits down and lays the girl in his lap. He rubs pee off her face and smells it.

- Sexual assault is implied as two girls are held hostage. The act is never shown neither is any nudity.
- A woman and man get into a violent scuffle. They stab each other. The woman is finally stabbed and killed. Much blood is seen.
- Four people are shot separately. The gunshot wounds and blood splatter are seen.
- Two girls are kept hostage in a house. They are shown being slapped, yelled at, and thrown around.
- A girl stabs a man with a big metal object in the shoulder. Later she hits him on his head with typewriter. The scene is realistic but not very graphic.
- A girl uses her mouth and bites a man. She does it repeatedly.
- A man grabs a girl's neck until she is almost killed, then grabs another girl's neck and bangs her hard against the wall
- A woman stabs another person.
