Mai arrives in the park carrying a brand new storybook, filled with" the most wonderful tales." She asks Vik, who's the best reader, to read them all a tale. Vik and Yoko are mesmerized by the book, but Oto can't believe they're wasting their time in the park reading instead of playing. Vik tries to convince him that reading together is a kind of game, too, but Oto mocks the story because "it has princesses" or "it doesn't have enough action", or whatever he can find to complain about. Yoko uses his magic so that each time one of the kids proposes a change to the story, it instantly becomes a part of it. Oto begins to think that maybe there's something to this whole reading thing after all.
