The first season of Westworld was truly a magnificent piece of television, such a refreshingly unique show in today's standards. When HBO said that Westworld would be their new "Game of Thrones ", I set high expectations for this new season, and I was not let down, all out bad ass. I won't go into to much detail to prevent spoilers, I found the episode to be everything I wanted and more, Westworld in calamity, and they portray it in calamity well. The hosts are raging across Westworld and the park's private military setting up operations to take it back. But not only that, the episode expands on many facets of the world of Westworld, showing it in a different way than it used to, and I liked that. Unfortunately I can't go into detail because I don't want to spoil it, but it was great, confusing but obviously the first episode leaves more to the future. I had one problem, Maeve suddenly being proficient in using a P90 sub machine gun. I for one loved this episode and look forward to the rest of the season.
