CBBC presenter Sarah Jayne Honeywell was due to co-host the first episode, originally named 'Good Morning, Liverpool'.
The pilot episode was originally called 'Good Morning, Liverpool'. Bay TV Liverpool CEO decided that a morning show wasn't suited to their channel, and instead gave the show an evening slot, while also renaming it Shaun's People.
The series was canceled after only 12 episodes, when the shows producer (Bay TV Liverpool) was taken over by Made Television.
