This film was shot on an old farm over the course of 4 days with a crew of 8 and a cast of 4. It was 100 degrees with 90% humidity. The crew was pelted by a horrendous storm and nearby tornadoes during one of the nights.
Alec Pollard underwent 3 hours of prosthetic make-up and the shot was never used in the final film, opting for the more suspenseful "less is more" shot.
The silo where the climax was shot was literally covered in bird feces. The crew and cast had never felt so dirty.
