- Two rape scenes - both are extremely graphic. In one a woman's vagina is penetrated with an icicle and in another a man threateningly persuades a woman into sex work before beating her up/hitting her and peeing on her.

- A woman has an object inserted into her butt, and this startles her. Because of it, she jumps forward and hits her head on a log and dies. There's a large bloodstain on her forehead.
