Sex & Nudity

  • Nothing at all!
  • The online levels sometimes contain NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content, but these mostly get taken down though.
  • Often times, level creators will say the word "gay". For example, the creator, Jayuff, is often called "Gayuff" by other users.
  • No sexual content in the featured, leaderboard, demon levels or the 21 main levels.

Violence & Gore

  • The whole game is about jumping, avoiding spikes, and making levels, but if you crash on something, your icon dies and respawns so as getting sent to the air from a portal without any object to stop you, you dont see anything. Your robot/cube/wave crashes to a surface above, it dies.
  • Most levels are okay, but there are some levels you have to watch out for: Red Rooms, Man Man, Wysteria, Lostlocked, Tape 666, any Slender Man level, and the Yandere and Yangire duology. Some violent levels aren't featured, but they are playable. Also, the game has no parental restrictions, so always be watching the kid.
  • Some levels in the Doom gauntlet have blood in it
  • There are death effects you can choose from when you crash into a spike or die, they could be bought at shops as of 2017 and they include styles of explosions and obliterations
  • Some type of levels (Lobodomy levels) Can be minor to severely violent.

Profanity

  • Some songs may contain explicit language.
  • Milder profanity can be used in comment sections.
  • In the level editor, you cannot type bad words on the text box. You can't name your level a bad word either. Some players often get a comment ban or account ban if they say abusive comments.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • In many of the harder levels, they have difficult timings to jump and need a lot of skill and mostly at the end of levels, which you have lots of adrenaline and you are about to end the level. Especially in the hardest levels in the game that a few have beaten.
  • Some players will be frustrated when they keep dying in various online levels, specifically the main 21 levels, including Time Machine.
  • Some songs can be scary. Or very scary.
  • Some levels get very tense whether you are beating a demon or a map pack, annoying levels may cause you to rage or cause fit of anger.
  • When you get past 80 percent on a level depending on you it gets more tense as it reaches until the end. You fail, you start from the beginning. There is no checkpoints when you beat the level in normal mode. You touch a spike or gear or monster, you have to start over. The cycle gets frustrating at first but as you keep playing the game, you start to get familiar with the nature.
  • Either levels in the monster gauntlet, the poison gauntlet or the doom gauntlet could frighten some players.
  • The vault keeper may be frightening to some players
  • Levels Can Also Be Emotional.
  • The face of the monster can creep out some kids.

Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Some levels are quite frightening. For example, Peaceful is a seemingly innocent level, but about halfway, it splits into something much more horrifying. As such, level can also contain trypophobia and considering how much young players there are in this game can be very scared of some levels containing jump scares.
  • In the cellar when the lord of darkness say: "you dare defy the lord of darkness how bold of you peasants your power is meaningless" might shook up some children due to the deep voice.
