Embarrassingly cheap

SAMSON is an embarrassingly cheap indie version of the famous Bible story about the long-haired hero. The whole thing is fake and surreal, with a bunch of friends shooting the events out in their local woods somewhere. It begins with a cheesy contemporary story-telling set-up before moving on to the most perfunctory staging of the story ever. To do this kind of historical setting properly, a proper budget is required and this simply doesn't have it.

2021 review of Samson

This movie was poorly done. It has no real biblical truth to it. You can tell by watching it that it was cheap. The color is poor. The Angel that visited Samson's mom is supposed to be a Christophony.

A Bible Classic

This was a good portrayal of a Bible classic and is must watch for the whole family.
