Dr. Palmer says that even a heavy user of the opioid painkiller oxycodone would have coordination and balance issues with a dose of 80 mg. This isn't necessarily true, with continued, frequent use (for chronic pain or for an addict) a person can become tolerant to the painkilling properties and to a lot of the side effects opioids have, including reduced coordination and reaction time. It is actually fairly common for long term chronic pain patients to be on well over 100 mg of oxycodone per day; abusers and addicts of oxycodone can even far exceed that dose as well and still function normally with little to no sign of impairment.
When Bishop and Reeves are searching the storage locker, neither are wearing gloves. This would be a major breach of evidence-gathering procedures, especially when they find something and both of them handle it bare-handed.
Near the end of the episode, McGee gets back at DiNozzo by putting a picture of young goofy looking Tony on the internet (actually Michael Weatherly). Torres looks at the picture and says "who's that", to which Gibbs replies: "an old friend". This makes no sense as Torres has met DiNozzo Sr. in an earlier episode and was also trying to inherit DiNozzo's old apartment (which McGee ended up getting) in a Season 14 episode, so he would have known who he was.
