Oliver Pearn’s feature directorial debut “On the Line” has been snapped up for U.K. and U.S. distribution by Miracle Media Investments.
Set in Alderney, U.K. in 1964, the film follows a telephone operator, Agnes, who ends up being the pivotal piece of a drama unfurling which puts professional integrity and relationships to the test. She finds herself in a deadly standoff and with time running out and the fate of a victim hanging in the balance Agnes must use her ingenuity and courage to navigate a web of lies.
The cast includes Victoria Lucie (“The Devil’s Machine”), Harriet Walter, and Royce Pierreson (“The Witcher”).

Tom and his cameraman Mike are The Ghost Crew, a paranormal investigation team try, without much success, to get some footage for their next show. In the middle of this, they encounter Sandy wandering around in a daze. She can remember being at a hospital in the woods and walking until she encountered Tom and Mike but not why she was there or how she got there.
Like most ghost hunters in films like this, they’re one step away from being cancelled and Arnold, their producer, is demanding better footage or else. Desperate to save their show they latch on to Sandy’s case.

Hex Studios, the horror house behind The Devil’s Machine and The Black Gloves has recently been making waves with their new YouTube channel Channel Hex. In the few short months since its inception, the channel has showcased indie horror shorts and features, hosted an online horror film festival, and produced two brand new movie review series. The latest addition to their slate is perhaps their most ambitious yet.
