I have never cared for Gina's character, I found her plain annoying and a waste of space. She was clearly the weakest and most unimpressive character. The rest of the cast hit it out of the park and scored home runs. Its like the show answered a few prayers and got rid of her.

The Gina leaving episode
MrPositive15 February 2019
There literally is no information online at all about why she is leaving the show or was cut from the show. She certainly can be the most difficult of the main cast to enjoy at times, but frankly it's gonna be weird without her. It almost feels like she wanted a bigger role or the Creator wanted her to have less of a role and there was a clash or something. It just seems that they could have diminished her character instead of cutting her completely. I'm guessing there was a big argument between someone.
Interesting Cameo

Gina leaves...and thank god. Her character, quirky and adorbs at some points, had LONG worn out her welcome. I've been cringing for the last year every time she opened her mouth. Each character is a little over the top, as one would expect in a comedic cop show, but hers went WAAAAY over the top EVERY TIME. Her character ran out of things to do/be a long freakin' time ago...good riddance.

A nice send-off for a one of a kind character

Wow, a lot of the reviews for this episode are harsh. Gina is a polarizing character, some absolutely love her, other find her incredibly obnoxious. I fall somewhere in the middle, it honestly depends on the episode. I thought this was a fun, memorable episode. Gina left each of her colleagues with a memorable moment/lesson and gave her fans some great laughs on her way out. It's unclear as to why Chelsea Peretti left, but I do miss her presence on the show more than I thought I would. I look forward to Gina visiting the 99 in the future (yes, it will happen).
A proper 99 Good-Bye

I enjoyed the episode a lot. It was very funny and did not feel to short or to long. (Though I wish they had shown more of Gina's actual good-bye party)
Holt playing chess with Gina and learning how to trash-talk was my favourite scene,
I'll miss Gina on the show. #ThankYouChelseaPeretti
A really good episode!

Gina Linetti (played by the wonderful Chelsea Peretti) has been such an amazing part of Brooklyn Nine-Nine. At the end of last year Chelsea said that she would leave the show halfway through the season but would still return for guest roles frequently. This episode was the perfect way to say goodbye to her beloved character. During the episode we got to see her interact with every character and give them all their own "Gina Moment's" to remember her by. Season 6 is shaping up to be one of the best seasons yet, and even though Chelsea won't be a part of it anymore, i think the show will be just as funny and as crazy as it was before. We will miss you Gina Linetti xx
Where's my Gina movement? 😢

Ugh... A Gina-centric episode. A little Gina goes along way. I usually laugh several times during this show... this is the first time the show ever bored me. The show will be much better off without her snarky, annoying barbs.
Thank you gina

As I think we all know, Chelsea Perreti anounced that she would not stay for the whole season of Brooklyn nine nine season 6. Four movements was a great episode to showcase Gina's relationship with the rest of the characters, not only was it hilarious but it was also very touching and emotional. I am saddened to see her go but it was a very satisfying way to let her go. Great episode

Gina was my least favorite character on the show by a wide margin. I thought last week was her sendoff, but we had an episode devoted to her ridiculous shenanigans here.
One of the worst in awhile, but with her off the landscape hopefully the show improves starting with the next episode.

The character of Gina was fun the first season. She was quirky but added to the oddball characters that made up the 99. Even in the second season she had some good laughs. Her interactions with Boyle were so funny. But starting in the third season she just got outlandish and boring. Narcissistic and full of herself and added nothing to the storylines. My favorite episodes were the ones where she was gone (thank you bus!).
This episode...her farewell...was especially painful. The character was just way over-the-top and unbelievable, as well as annoying and grated on my nerves. I turned it off after 10 minutes. And I haven't missed her a bit in the following episodes.
