- During a couple of the cutscenes shown between play-throughs, there is very mild sexual references.
- If Funtime Chica is enabled, there will be flashes of her doing poses to distract the player.
- The animatronic, toy chica, has a purposefully seductive voice.
- The animatronic Ballora wears a very skimpy top.
Violence & Gore

- While there is no blood or gore, when the player loses, they are attacked by a certain character depending what they did wrong during their play-through.
- The player can also be attacked by characters when they complete a certain action, but do not lose the game. The player usually does not expect this to occur though. E.g. The nightmare characters will attack the player when looked at for too long, but the game is not lost. The amount of time the player can look at the characters depends on how hard the game is set to.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Jump-scares, frightening and intense scenes are very common in this game.
- For example, when the player runs out of power, they have to wait in the dark for a character to attack (jump-scare) them in order for the game to end.
- Jump scares are not as bad as its predecessors
- Some animatronics will say violent/disturbing things to the playing after jump scaring them.
- Phone guy occasionally describes graphic or creepy situations.
Spoilers
Sex & Nudity
- In the final cutscene of Toy Chica in high school, we get a quick anime upskirt of her in pink panties. This is brief and just sensual.
Violence & Gore
- In the Toy Chica cutscenes, she will get a piece of an animatronic in each cutscene as she wanted to kidnap and kill them, just to have a piece of them with her forever.
- Although hard to see, the animatronics springtrap and scraptrap have a rotting corpse insaide of them.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Some of the animatronics that kill the player have creepy voices, which may disturb some players.
